The announcement for the TNPSC Group 1 Exam is expected to be published the month of October 2013. Most probably the TNPSC Group 1 Exam Advertisement 2013 is expected with in the first week of this month.
As per time table issued by tnpsc, group 1 preliminary exam announcement should have been published in the month of july 2013 and the group 1 preliminary exam was sheduled to be conducted on 10.08.2013 and the result was sheduled immediately , at the last week of august 2013 but all the plans were changed finally.
Possible reason for the delay
The major revision of syllabus and exam pattern and the cases and challenges faced by the tnpsc is the main reason behind the delay.

All of us know that TNPSC has made tremendous changes in the 2013 Group 1 examinations in exam pattern and the entire syllabus. TNPSC has not given any hints for the total number of Group 1 Examination Vacancies for the year 2013.
