TNPSC had announced the TNPSC Group 2 A Exam 2014 ( Group 2 Non Interview post Exam 2014 ) for filling up of 2846 vacancies in various departments under Tamilnadu Government Services.
Earlier TNPSC Group 2 A Exam was scheduled to be conducted on 18-05-2014, but due to parlimentary elections the exam date was postponed by TNPSC to 29-06-201.
Rumours about Change of Group 2A Exam Date
For last two weeks there was a rumour among the TNPSC aspirants will the TNPSC change the exam date of Group 2A Exam 2014. It was due to the UGC NET Exam which is also on the same date 29-06-2014 .
TNPSC's Clarification on Exam Date
As per today's Tamil Hindu Newspaper, TNPSC Secretary , M.Vijayakumar has informed that there will be no change of Exam date and the TNPSC Group 2 A Exam will be held on 29-06-2014 ( Sunday ) as announced. He also informed there is no change in the TNPSC Group 1 Preliminary Exam 2014 , which is scheduled to be conducted on 20th July 2014.
