 The Government Order (08-01-2015) was released by Revenue Department Secretery Mr.Venkatesan regarding upcoming VAO recruitment .  The Government Order is expected to be implemented from the  VAO Recruitment 2015 onwards. 

Government has made the part time Village Assistants permanent in the year 1995 . Honourable Revenue Minister, on 8-8-2014 made an announcement in the Assembly to fill up 20 % of total available VAO vacancies with the currently working Village Assistants with SSLC qualification and 10 years experience . Now the Tamilnadu Government has issued proper Government Order for this announcement.
