      Please see the complete syllabus of TNPSC DEO Exam, Since it comes under Group 1 Grade, you will have a General Studies paper same as TNPSC GK Paper, and your subject paper also

      You can apply all TNPSC Exams which requires a degree qualification, see in the notification , you should have a degree from Recognised University of India, place is not matter. All the best !

    I have been serving in Army as soldier since Mar 2003 ie 12 yrs service going on. pension eligibilty is min 15 yrs. I am 30.My edu qualification is M.A. Economics. I would like prepare for Group I, Group II and IBPS exams. have any reservations/ priority for ex-service men . pls explain if reservation / priority. Is there any historic record for ex-sev men had got high grade job from group I / group II . pls tell about IBPS also. because I listen if ex - serv men will select from IBPS he will get payment which is his last payment in Army. so I confused in select my correct route. pls guide me . presently I am serving at Ranchi, Jharkhand.

      In the TNPSC Group 1 Notification it is said in the poin 'h'

      h. Reservation to “Destitute Widows” and “Ex-Servicemen” will not apply for this recruitment.

      But in TNPSC Group 2 Notification there are reservations for Ex-servicemen category .Refer this - http://tnpsc.gov.in/notifications/14_2013_not_eng_ccse_II%28Grp_II%29.pdf

      Since, you have sufficient age , you can start your preparation now itself, you can become a DSP in Tamilnadu via Group 1 Exam.

      there is no such best books for TNUSRB Tamilnadu Sub Inspector Exam .... you can start with 6th to 10th samacheer kalvi books for gk and for psychology prefer Kanian publication books or RS Agarwal

    Hi sir i m preparing at home. I m really confused which guide will be best for revision. I have finished school books n am planing to follow lucent book is it best?

      Yes good choice ....lucent is also a good book for GK prepration...but if you have completed the school books, pls practice more old question papers as u can

    we can not guarantee 100% Marks , but you can pass the exam with good score....after finishing the above listed books, if u have time , u may read any number of books
