தமிழ்நாடு காவல் துறையின் “பரவை திட்டம்” ( PARAVAI - Personality and Attitude Reformation Assistance Venture for Affirming Identity) programme ) - அடையாளத்தை உறுதிப்படுத்துவதற்கான ஆளுமை மற்றும் மனப்பான்மை சீர்திருத்த உதவி முயற்சி திட்டம் என்பது காவல்துறையின் மூலம் செயல்படுத்தப்படும் திட்டமாகும். இந்த திட்டம், 18-24 வயதுக்குட்பட்ட முதல் முறையாக சிறு குற்றவாளிகளை சீர்திருத்துதல் மற்றும் சமூகத்தில் மீண்டும் ஒருங்கிணைத்தல், அதன் மூலம் அவர்கள் குற்ற வாழ்க்கைக்கு மாறுவதை தடுக்கிறது.
